Job Description:
- Walk-In Drive @ Infosys BPM Launch Your Career in Service Desk (Freshers).
- Position: Technical Process Executive Service Desk (Freshers).
- Mode: 100% Work from Office (WFO).
- Work Model: Full-Time
- Shift: 24×7 Shift Rotation (US Shifts).
- Interview Location: Hyderabad.
- Work Location: Pune & Bangalore.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Full-Time Graduate (15 years of formal education).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently resolve technical queries.
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational (US shift) environment.
- Comfortable working from the Bangalore & Pune office.
- Preferred: Basic understanding or any Service Desk expertise.
Non-Negotiable Criteria:
- Fluent English communication is mandatory,
- 100% Work from Office (no remote/hybrid option),
- Comfortable with night/rotational shifts,
- Mandatory 2 months of training at Mysore campus,
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to global clients via calls and email.
- Troubleshoot technical issues including: VPN, Drivers, O365, Active Directory; Operating systems and basic networking; Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Work on ticketing tools.
- Analyze issues and provide timely, effective resolutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Non-Negotiables:
Fluent English communication is a must.
100% Work From Office no hybrid or remote option.
Comfortable with night/rotational shifts (US time zones).
2 months of training in Mysore Campus.
