Motorola seeking a highly motivated and talented  Software Engineer with expertise in programming/scripting knowledge (Java, Python, C#, Shell, NodeJS), having sound knowledge of Operating Systems and databases.

Job Designation :  Software Engineer Trainee

Qualification :  Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : Freshers / Experienced

Skill Set :

Strong interest in the Defence sector and sales functions.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Analytical mindset with an ability to conduct research and generate actionable insights.ir

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace (G suite)

Learn the end-to-end sales process in a global technology company.

Enhance your communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Job Description :

Support the team in identifying and contacting potential government and defense industry customers by regular research.

Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to help inform sales strategies and product offerings.

Help maintain CRM systems, track sales leads, and prepare sales presentations, reports, and documents.

Assist in the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and product demonstrations for government and defense sector clients, Pan India.

Assist in analyzing sales data to track progress towards targets, identify opportunities, and help improve sales performance.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and operations to align sales strategies.
